Ford Hill Golf Course was constructed in 1951 by the Driscoll Family. The original course was designed by Helen and “Doc” Driscoll as an 18 hole golf course. Over the years they have developed this hilltop location with spectacular views into a premier family destination highlighting a total of 36 holes sprawled over 230 acres. Recognizing the need for a larger club house they built the start of the existing club house in 1968. The lower level with a glass front overlooking the winding entrance to the course is a 76’ x 80’ stone faced building housing the dining room, bar, kitchen, bathrooms, and locker room facility. In 1998 they constructed the upper level containing a total of 6,080 sq ft. with a pro shop area, office, storage room, and two restrooms. Half of the 6,080 sq ft is unfinished and awaiting your potential use. In 2004 they remodeled the bar and kitchen to better serve the need for league dinners and tournament banquets with seating capacity for 150 to 180 people. Ford Hill Golf Course is being sold fully equipped, and ready for you to take over.

While the attention of the Driscoll’s was focused on developing a family oriented attraction with ample skill challenges, yet golfer friendly, there remains great potential to develop the course and surrounding acreage into any style that you prefer. The present course contains four nine hole courses.
